Today we woke up at 8.00 o’clock ready to go to our classroom to partecipate at the lecture about the relationship between National Government and Local Authorities at 9.00 0’clock.
After 2 hours focused on the understanding that relation from an historical view we had free time to lunch wherever we wanted: at the cantine or at one of the some restaurants outside the campus.

At 14.30 we met together with William Zheng and Paco, a teacher and a nice volunteer Chinese guy who accompanied and helped us. We got in the bus to go to visit the company of Zhou Junji.
In 20 minutes we arrived in front of a large grey building, which included a warehouse, an industry and the experience centre where two Chinese girls received us. At the entrance there was a big red sign both in Chinese and English characters which seemed to welcome us in: “Zhou Junji Hot-spot Food Industrial Zone Experience Centre”.
William Zheng headed us as the leader during the Corporate Culture Exhibition Centre tour and he explained us the smattering knowledge to move closer the industrial work.

Chongqing Zhoujunji Hot-pot Food Co. was built in 1993 as a modern diversified private enterprise with a collection of hot pot industry, tourism industry, agriculture industry, development of logistic industry and raw materials distribution of hot pot and hot pot culture studies. It is centered on producing and selling “Zhoujunji” Brand Hot Pot Sauce Series, Spicy and Fragrant Fish Seasoning Series, Convenient Sauce Series etc. It is the hot pot sauce producing base with the largest scale, the highest level of mechanization and the most modernization.

After seeing the exihibition of the red hot chili pepper and spices they use in the industry we saw with our eyes the men and the women working in series production.
We were very interested about it because some of us had never seen something like that.

While we were directing to the exit of the buiding we were surprised by some women workers of the industry, which offered us a lot delicacies. What a good taste!

Oggi ci siamo svegliati alle 8.00 pronti per andare ad assistere alla lezione sulla relazione tra il Governo nazionale centrale e le Autorità locali. Dopo 2 ore focalizzate sulla comprensione della relazione da un punto di vista storico, abbiamo avuto del tempo libero per andare a pranzare dove volevamo: o in mensa o in uno dei ristoranti al di fuori dell’università.

Alle 14.30 ci siamo incontrati con William Zheng e Paco, un professore e un ragazzo cinese molto simpatico volontario che ci ha accompagnato ed aiutato per tutta la giornata. Siamo saliti sul pullman per andare a visitare l’azienda di Zhou Junji. In 20 minuti siamo arrivati di fronte ad un enorme edificio grigio, che include un magazzino, un’industria e un centro di esperienza, dove due ragazze cinesi ci hanno accolto cordialmente. All’entrata c’era una grossa insegna rossa, in caratteri cinesi e inglesi, che sembrava darci il benvenuto: “Zhou Junji Hot-spot Food Industrial Zone Experience Centre”. William Zheng ci ha fatto da guida durante il tour del Corporate Culture Exhibition Centre e ci ha spiegato la minima conoscenza necessaria per avvicinarsi al lavoro industriale.

Chongqing Zhoujunji Hot-pot Food Co. fu costruito nel 1993 fu costruito nel 1993 come un'impresa privata differenziata e moderna con una raccolta di industria di hot pot, industria di turismo, industria di agricoltura, sviluppo di industria logistica e la distribuzione di materie prime di hot pot e studi di cultura di hot pot. È concentrato sulla produzione e sulla vendita in serie della salsa della hot spot "Zhoujunji" Brand, Hot Pot Sauce Series, Spicy and Fragrant Fish Seasoning Series, Convenient Sauce Series ecc. E’ la casa produttrice della salsa di hot pot con la più grande economia in scala, il livello più alto di meccanizzazione e la modernizzazione.

Dopo aver visto l’esibizione dei peperoncini rossi vari e piccanti e delle salse che utilizzano nell’industria abbiamo visto con i nostri occhi gli uomini e le donne che lavoravano nella produzione in serie. Eravamo molto interessati perché la maggior parte di noi non aveva mai visto niente di simile.

Mentre ci stavamo dirigendo verso l’uscita dell’edificio siamo stati colti di sorpresa da alcune donne lavoratrici dell’azienda che ci hanno fatto offerto molte prelibatezze. Che buone!
